Account Executive – 6 Month Contract | MAPCLUB

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination.Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive and consistent updates.Respond to client inquiries, requests, and escalations promptly and professionally.Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.Support daily operational tasks, including data validation, report tracking, and issue resolution.Facilitate seamless communication between Mapclub and store operations teams, when applicable.Prepare and distribute regular progress and performance reports to management.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Minimum 1 years of experience in account management, client service, or project coordination.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM/reporting tools.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.English is a must6-Month Contract
