As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations.What you'll be doing:Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and expenses for clients.Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts.Providing bookkeeping support and preparing report required by the management.Liaising with supplier and customer.Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional client service.What we're looking for:Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g. SQL).Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all parties.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Mandarin language skill will be required to deal with supplier and customer in China.Staying within commutable distance to the office.
