Your main responsibility is new customer acquisition for our software products, targeting clients in the installation and construction sectors. Success in this role requires high-quality, customer-need-driven, and respectful sales work. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals. Your tasks include reaching out to decision-makers, identifying customer needs, presenting the added value of our solutions, and negotiating agreements.Success means spending as much time as possible with customers, who feel they gain real value from your sales efforts. You’ll be supported by SDRs, marketing, and customer service. In addition, our international sales organization and leadership—both in Finland and abroad—will have your back. If they resonate with you, you’ll fit right in.What will you do?As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new customer acquisition in the construction and building technology sectors. You’ll lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, running meetings and demos, tailoring solutions, negotiating, and closing deals. Success means spending most of your time with customers, supported by SDRs, marketing, and customer service.Own the full sales cycle, from lead to closeConduct meetings and demos with potential clientsIdentify needs, present solutions, and deliver valueBuild trusted relationships and close dealsCollaborate with SDRs, marketing, and service teamsKeep your pipeline up to date in CRMConsistently hit (and exceed!) targetsQualifications & SkillsB2B sales experience (SaaS/tech background is a plus)Track record of meeting or surpassing targetsSkilled communicator and negotiatorCurious, people-focused, and solution-drivenCRM experience and proactive sales mindsetFamiliarity with construction/building technology is an advantage, but not requiredWhat We Offer Annual base salary: €40,000–€60,000 + commission ~€10,000–€20,000 (uncapped)*Base salary depends on the applicant’s experience and industry knowledgeCommission is based on mutually agreed sales targets Office in Vantaa Flexible working hours Unlimited growth opportunities in an international company A structured onboarding process to help you get startedNot ticking every box?
