Specializing in Personal Injury Motor Vehicle Accidents, Serious Injuries, Psychological Injuries, and Insurance Claims, Alam Law Firm provides comprehensive legal services to help clients through their recovery process. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships, providing client support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, coordinating with legal teams, preparing reports, and strategizing to meet client needs. Qualifications Strong client management and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesAbility to prepare reports and coordinate with legal teamsProficient in using CRM software and MS Office SuiteAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the legal industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
