Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and technical execution, and we’re looking for an account executive who thrives in that world.The OpportunityWe’re hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive to help us accelerate growth and build the foundation for our sales engine. You’ll be responsible for developing your own pipeline, driving the full sales cycle, and shaping the go-to-market motion for our AI transformation services.You’ll sell to mid-market companies (100–500 employees) that are looking to start developing AI across their business. Every deal is consultative, complex, and tailored.If you’re excited by the idea of selling high-value, custom-built solutions and helping define the playbook for a fast-growing tech services company, this is the role for you.What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to closeBuild and manage your own pipeline through a mix of outbound and inbound strategiesPartner closely with leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and sales strategyLead discovery sessions to understand technical and business challengesCollaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope and position solutionsNegotiate and close deals that drive measurable impact for our clientsContribute to the development of repeatable sales processes and playbooksWhat You Bring3-5+ years of experience selling technology services (consulting, custom development, implementation, or managed services)Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals in the mid-market segmentStrong ability to translate technical requirements into business valueComfortable discussing architecture, integrations, and AI concepts with technical stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset, you’re motivated to build, iterate, and own resultsExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsWhat We’re Not Looking ForPure SaaS/product sales backgrounds without services experienceNon-technical or transactional sales backgroundsCandidates outside the US or CanadaWhy Atomic BuildWork directly with founders and engineers shaping the future of AI-driven businessBuild relationships with innovative companies across industriesHelp define how AI services are sold in a fast-moving marketCompetitive base salary + commissionFully remote, flexible work environment
