This could be the perfect fit for you and us.4+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environmentExperience closing deals valued at $50,000+ within organizations of 300+ employeesExperienced in MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologiesYou must be a hunter and a closer! Pipeline generation is second nature to you!Experience with HR-tech environment is highly regardedProven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targetsDesire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environmentStrong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeedAdaptability to new initiativesA self-starter who is able to work autonomouslyJob ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do?Working cross-functionally, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of Hibob. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Our mid-market segment covers companies of 250-1000 employees, with an average order value of $120k ARR.Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunitiesPrepare and present product demonstrationsPerform outbound activities to build revenue pipelineManage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closingTarget key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelinesCapture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM systemAttend trade shows, events and conferencesNetwork with market influencers, consultants and partnersJob BenefitsHiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we’re especially proud of that.
