You are knowledgeable about what’s current in our industry but even more excited about what’s next.This position includes 50% account executive work that will focus on working directly with clients and developing a brand partnership program and 50% event coordination assisting the senior account executive.The job.·     Assist Senior Account Executive and Chief Client Officer by developing strategic client objectives, constantly assessing the brand position, and managing the internal agency team resources to best service the overall client account.·     Assist with client brand strategies based on cultural, consumer, customer and competitive insights. Developing a detailed understanding of client brand’s audiences, cultures, business and technology landscapes, and help translate insights into account and creative development.·     Ensure agency involvement in all appropriate client activities to provide maximum knowledge of and service to the client (example: attendance at major meetings or trade shows).·     Build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency that results in agency profit.·     Deliver on the agency’s mission of making extraordinary things happen for our clients and their customers.·     Proactively look for alternative sources of work from current or past clients. Always ask what else the agency can be doing to support each client.·     Assist with managing all program details such as calendar of events, event research and recommendations, promotional material, calls with event staff, staff training and development of event itineraries.·     Develop and maintain event database.·     Manage event marketing budget. ·     Assist with negotiating event contracts.·     Work in partnership with the food truck manager (chef) to ensure compliance with government regulations for health inspection, permits and commissary obligations.·     Specify staff requirements and have weekly calls with the food truck manager.·     Proactively handle any arising issues on the event day·     Assist with all aspects of the post event follow up process.·     Stay current on industry trends and news—especially client industry related material.·     Provide weekly account updates to your manager – the Chief Client Officer.·     Minimal travel required.They will possess the following skills/qualifications: ·     2-4 years’ work experience in a position with similar responsibilities. Experience with Food and Beverage industry a plus.·     Advertising agency experience a plus.·     MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel Proficiency·     Capability of managing both high-level regional and national accounts·     Ability to deliver strategic, clear, effective client presentations that tell a memorable story and highlight agency skills and talent.·     Excellent time management and communication skills·     Strong understanding of digital, content, analytics, and problem-solving skills·     Strong written and verbal communications skills—must be able to independently present to client teams and clearly communicate the agency’s point of view.·     Proactive and flexible – You may need to be available by phone on weekends to handle last minute event details.·     Bilingual – Spanish/English a plus.Salary range is between $55,000 - $65,000
