Our 3-step framework is designed to solve these problems efficiently and effectively.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Pasay. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, providing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate shipments, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the shipping process. Additionally, the Account Executive will maintain accurate records, monitor shipment status, and follow up on outstanding payments.QualificationsCustomer Relationship Management and Account Management skillsExperience in providing high-quality customer service and supportStrong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various client requestsEffective communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plusExperience in the logistics or shipping industry is highly beneficial
