Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful Account Executive manages, orchestrates, and leads their virtual teams to create opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes.The Senior Account Executive sets the strategy, drives action and progress towards strategic objectives and value realization, by solving for the customers business outcomes with multi-year goals.They bring innovation and ideas, creating new initiatives for business value through technology capability towards digital transformation.They own the trusted CXO level relationships and deep networks in business and are the visionary that takes their customers leaders on a journey using industry and business acumen to make those dreams of today, tangible business outcomes of tomorrow.QualificationsMinimum Experience9+ years of building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers. Equally considered will be 5+ years of experience driving digital transformation from within the enterprise customer.Experience developing and overseeing the execution of strategic territory and account plans.An understanding of how to build a technical strategy and roadmap, gaining executive buy in and how to orchestrate a team to execute against that.Knowledge of a range of technical solutions such as AI, cloud platforms, applications, security, and productivity tools.Experience coaching or managing sales or technical teamExperience in leading/orchestrating diverse v-teams#ANZMCAPSFY26Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
