Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing Saudi-based FinTech company, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their commercial team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving merchant acquisition, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the SME Financing and BNPL ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive merchant acquisition and account growth.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and pitching to onboarding, renewals, and upselling.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations and client solutions.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts, ensuring pipeline visibility and accountability.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall commercial growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within FinTech, payments, BNPL, or SME Financing industries.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Good understanding of the Saudi FinTech/ SME credit market.Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
