Your primary focus is acquiring new logos and new revenue within a clearly defined target account list.You will focus on proactive prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing net‑new business with High‑Touch, Tier 1 (A and B) accounts – from cold outreach through to signed contract. While you may occasionally work with inbound leads or clients, your core mission is to open new doors and win new strategic customers.Your mission is to identify, engage, qualify, and close new business opportunities, positioning Infobip’s CPaaS and SaaS solutions to solve real business problems for enterprise customers. You will manage the full new Customers sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and discovery, through solution design and value proposition, to negotiation and closing.You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Presales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and others) to design winning solutions, build compelling business cases, and remove obstacles to closing. You will be expected to maintain clean, accurate CRM data and use it to plan, prioritize, and forecast your new‑business pipeline effectively.What You’ll DoOwn a focused list of Tier 1 target accounts in your territory, with a clear goal to win new logos and revenue.Drive outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, partners) to build a strong, self‑generated pipeline.Identify, qualify, and close new business with high‑potential enterprise prospects.Run a structured discovery and qualification process to focus on high‑value opportunities.Build tailored solution proposals and value propositions for Infobip’s CPaaS and SaaS offerings.Own the full new‑logo sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.Lead commercial negotiations (pricing and terms) to close profitable deals within guidelines.Orchestrate internal teams (Solution Engineers, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to accelerate and win deals.Maintain high sales activity and disciplined pipeline management across all stages.Build multi‑threaded relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in target accounts.Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success / Account Management after closing.Keep CRM data accurate and up to date for all leads, opportunities, activities, and forecasts.Contribute as a strong individual contributor and team player, sharing best practices.Close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals requiring strong commercial and strategic skills. How Success Will Be MeasuredNew‑logo sales performance Hit quarterly and annual new‑business (revenue and gross profit) quotas. Deliver at least 4x gross profit vs. your annual cost to company. Acquire minimum defined new Tier 1 logos per year Drive a high share of self‑generated pipeline and deals vs. marketing/inbound. and partner-led oppsPipeline & opportunity generation Generate a strong, high‑quality new‑business pipelineMaintain high‑impact outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings) that creates qualified opportunities. Achieve strong conversion rates from lead/first meeting to qualified opportunity and to closed‑won. Maintain accurate forecasts and competitive new‑customer sales cycle times. Customer engagement & stakeholder access Secure high‑quality first meetings and discovery sessions with new prospects. Engage key decision‑makers and influencers in target accounts. Collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams to move deals forward. Ensure timely follow‑ups and CRM updates after every key interaction. Operational excellence Keep CRM data clean and up to date to support pipeline visibility and decisions. Manage your territory and account prioritization to focus on highest‑potential prospects.
