We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive growth in the Australian market. You’ll own the sales territory, build key relationships, create new business opportunities, and strengthen our presence in the Salesforce ecosystem. A great role for a proactive, consultative seller ready to make an impact.Key Responsibilities.Drive regional growth and expand market presence across the Australian commercial segment.Build strong executive relationships with key stakeholders, ISVs, Salesforce teams, and partners.Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.Manage complex sales cycles with a consultative, value-driven sales approach to exceed targets.Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success, market insights, and long-term adoption.Skills & Experience Required4+ years in SaaS/technology/IT solution sales with strong new-business hunting capability.2+ years selling within the Salesforce ecosystem, with strong knowledge of local AU sales cycles.Proven ability to develop pipeline, forecast accurately, and manage CRM (Salesforce preferred).Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication and situational awareness.Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. share your CV:Vanshitha@kaizenglobaltechnologies.com
