About LeonarLeonar is a recruitment CRM/ATS enriched with AI and automation, developed by recruiters for recruiters. It is the core tool used by Licorne Society (our recruitment firm) and is now trusted by nearly 1,000 recruiters across the globe. We sell Leonar worldwide, with a current focus on the U.S. market, and have a steady flow of inbound leads.Role OverviewAs our first Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working closely with the CEO. You will design and execute prospecting campaigns, demonstrate the product to inbound and outbound leads, manage deals to closure, and maintain accurate CRM data. This position offers significant autonomy and growth potential in a fast‑scaling SaaS environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect & Generate Leads – Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound and inbound channels (cold outreach, email campaigns, social media, partnerships, events)Manage the Entire Sales Cycle – Lead discovery calls, tailor demos, build business cases, negotiate terms and close contractsBuild Relationships – Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and decision‑makers at recruitment agencies and internal talent teamsSolution Selling – Understand customer pain points and align Leonar AI‑powered CRM/ATS to address those challengesPipeline & CRM Management – Maintain an organized pipeline, keep CRM records accurate, and report on metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates and revenue targetsCollaborate Across Teams – Work closely with marketing (for campaigns), product (for feedback) and customer success (for onboarding) to ensure a seamless client experienceContribute to Sales Strategy – Share insights from the field to help improve sales processes and playbooksWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of full‑cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment; recruitment tech/HR tech experience is a plusProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing deals; comfortable handling complex negotiations with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both English and French.Proficiency with modern CRM and sales automation tools; ability to set up prospecting sequences and manage CRM data accuratelySelf‑starter mentality, capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced startup environmentInterest in the recruitment industry and enthusiasm for AI‑driven products.Why Join UsImpact – You will have direct influence on l'entreprise’s global expansion and be the face of our product to a growing customer base.Autonomy and Growth – As our first AE, you’ll work closely with the CEO and have significant freedom to shape sales processes and career development.International Exposure – Engage with customers worldwide, with a particular emphasis on the U.S. market.Innovation – Be part of a company that combines hands‑on recruiting expertise with cutting‑edge AI and automation to redefine recruitment workflows.If you are passionate about SaaS sales, eager to work in a dynamic startup, and excited by the idea of helping recruiters worldwide improve their workflow, we would love to hear from you.
