Account Executive

No recruiting experience required - but the right mindset is.The RoleYou will directly support commercial construction clients by finding and placing Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Estimators, Architects, and other roles across the AEC industry. You’ll manage the full recruiting cycle and build long-term relationships with both candidates and customers.This job requires persistence, thick skin, and high output. If you do the work, the upside is big.What You’ll DoPartner with clients to understand their culture, project needs, and hiring priorities.Source talent proactively through cold outreach, research, targeted messaging, and building referral networks.Screen candidates thoroughly for skill, experience, and alignment with client expectations.Run the entire recruitment process from first outreach to offer negotiation and placement.Build and maintain strong industry relationships in commercial construction.Stay sharp on market trends, compensation data, and talent movement.Improve our sourcing strategies and contribute to building an elite recruiting team.What You Bring2+ years of experience in business, no recruiting required.Strong research skills, comfort with cold calling, and the ability to build quick rapport.A track record of producing results in a role where output matters.Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to juggle multiple searches at once.Strong communication and organizational skills.Familiarity with commercial construction is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary plus uncapped commission. ($50,000-70,000 base a year.
