This allows people to stay in their home for longer, maintaining their independence and dignity while receiving care.We are looking for a seasoned SaaS seller to join our superstar Sales team!Must have experience Seasoned in sales - we value experience and are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years in SaaS Goal smasher - proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas Relationship builder - can manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation to closeData lover - has experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce; familiarity with tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus!Fluent in English - plus proficiency in Finnish is a serious advantage, but in no way requiredSuperb communicator - with strong presentation and storytelling skills that build trust and clarityDeeply curious - always seeking to understand customer goals and pain points deeplyResilient and proactive - able to handle objections, learn from feedback, and maintain momentumBusiness-savvy - exhibits business acumen, understanding how to identify, qualify and prioritise opportunitiesCollaborator - knows how to work effectively with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to deliver valueHappy in the fine print - good organisational skills and attention to detail in pipeline management and forecastingMain role responsibilities include:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through outbound channels to build a strong sales pipeline, and work inbound leads driven from marketingDiscovery & Consultative Selling: Conduct needs analyses to understand customer goals, challenges, and desired outcomes; tailor demos and proposals accordinglyDemo & Presentation Delivery: Deliver compelling product demos that align with customer use cases and business objectivesPipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of deals and activities in HubSpot (our CRM), ensuring forecasting accuracyCollaboration with Marketing & Customer Success: Partner with Marketing on campaign follow-up and with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff post-saleNegotiation & Closing: Manage contract discussions and commercial terms confidently while maintaining strong customer relationshipsFeedback Loop: Gather market and customer insights to inform Product and Marketing strategiesContinuous Learning: Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position the solution effectivelyAdoption Support: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure customers are set up for success post-sale, maximising retention and expansion opportunitiesProcess Improvement: Contribute ideas to refine sales playbooks, messaging and workflows that improve efficiency and conversion rates What we offer you:€32,000-€68,000 OTEPlus the following benefits:Hybrid-working, with a base in our lively Dublin co-working space at Iconic Offices in Dublin 2An influential role in a growing global software business - you can really carve out a space for yourself here and make a big impactA gateway in the booming health tech industryFlat, Nordic-style management structure with a tight-knit working environment and a flexible, happy team that is vibrant, supportive and focused on growth, innovation, and collaborationA true, company-wide commitment to work-life balanceContinuous learning and professional development opportunities
