The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role requires both administrative competence and a foundational understanding of finance and bookkeeping. 🚀 Availability: Immediate joiner preferredKey Responsibilities:Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO on a day-to-day basis.Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.Perform bookkeeping and data entry, maintaining accurate accounting records.Use advanced Excel functions (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF, PivotTables) to analyze and manage financial data.Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and task execution.Maintain filing systems and organize office documents.Provide customer service and general administrative support as needed.Monitor and manage office supplies and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role (preferred).Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.Candidate needs to be in Dubai.
