Your OpportunityAs a Account Executive you will be responsible for maintaining business with current customers and growing the territory with new business by identifying and selling the EBSCO suite of products. The Account Executive is responsible for developing new customers and maximizing selling opportunities. Through a consultative sales process, the successful candidate will provide library workflow solutions designed to increase library efficiency, retain current sales, generate and pursue new business opportunities, and build customer loyalty.This position can be based in either the Turin or Madrid surrounding areas, and will support a client base in Israel.What You'll DoAchieve an annual sales growth quota assigned by the Sales Top ManagementSupport and work with team members to deliver maximum sales resultsWeb searching to identify new sales opportunitiesEmail and phone promotion of products and services to prospects and customersCommunicate and cooperate with Field Sales and internal Sales to define and update sales strategyPreparation and distribution of promotional material, brochures, quotes to customers and prospectsRenewal quotes and relevant follow upActivate and follow up on trials including statistics report generationAttend international meetings and conferencesOccasional customer visits (when needed and approved by Manager)Achieve an expert level of knowledge of the company products and servicesHelp with payment collection from customers when needed.About YouMust be based in Madrid or Turin surrounding areaFluent English spoken and writtenFluent Hebrew spoken and written3+ years sales experience and B2B customer care and developmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeWork experience in a multinational contextGood analytical skills and data accuracyStrong interpersonal skills with collaborative, team oriented approachExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPositive attitude and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to prioritize, organize and work under pressureAbility to build up relationships with customersMust demonstrate strong initiative and persistenceWhat Sets you Apart:Self-motivated, critical thinking skills, well organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and creative, and ability to prioritize and work independentlyAbility to make first time (cold) calls, manage customer accounts, understand content and functionality as well as the understanding of on-line services as they pertain to information deliveryMust be able to think independently and make decisions based on the comparison and evaluation of relevant information: exercising discretion and independent judgment are essential
