You’ll play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored radio communication solutions.This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility of working from South Africa while collaborating closely with UK-based colleagues and customers.RequirementsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities. Engage confidently with prospective customers, understanding their communication needs and recommending the right solutions. Use CRM tools to manage sales activity, client records, and pipeline tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and excellent customer service. Support the Business Development Manager with enquiries, proposals, and follow-ups. Work to achieve and exceed targets, benefiting from a generous, capped commission structure that rewards strong performance. About YouEssential: Proven sales or hands-on experience with two-way radios or related communication systems. Confident, persuasive, and skilled at building long-term relationships. Organised, proactive, and motivated to meet goals. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is an advantage.
