About UsWe are a U.S.-based marketing agency that helps commercial cleaning and facility service companies generate qualified sales opportunities of a performance basis. We have a great offer, great reviews, and even better service delivery, which is why we're looking to grow our agency by bringing on great sales talent. Role OverviewAs a Sales Representative for our agency, you will sell our lead generation services to commercial cleaning and facility service companies. You'll handle both inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, present our service offerings, and close deals directly on calls. You'll also manage follow-ups across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesClose deals with commercial cleaning companies on our performance-based lead generation offerMake 20-30 calls daily to warm leads from our paid ads, email campaigns, and referralsRespond to inbound inquiries within 5-10 minutes and qualify prospectsFollow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedInWork U.S. business hours consistentlyParticipate in weekly training and feedback sessions if neededRequirementsFluent English with clear, professional communication (C1/C2 level)1-2 years of experience in salesComfortable closing mid-ticket dealsHigh energy, self-motivated, and able to work remotely without supervision (we are anti-micromanagement!)Reliable internet (10+ Mbps), computer, and quiet workspaceAvailable Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM ESTLocated in Argentina or similar timezoneCompensationBase: $1,500/monthCommission: 30% of profit per closed deal (approximately $360 per close)Monthly earnings:10 closes = $5,10012 closes = $5,82015 closes = $6,900Payment: Base paid biweekly.
