Monitor account health, performance and resolve issues that may arise, including order fulfillment and customer service. Work on pricing and brand protection Update and maintain brand reporting Requirements Minimum 2-3 years experience managing Amazon e-commerce channel at a brand or an agency. Proven e-Commerce strategist with a solid understanding of what drives growth in an online business. Experience with Amazon e-commerce SAAS tools Have a growth mindset with a desire to test new ideas to unlock new growth. Excellent data analysis skills and business acumen to turn analysis into insights and recommendations. Understanding of marketplace account operations, logistics, and associated fees. Must work collaboratively across the organization Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
