Job Scope:• Handling and solving clients' inquiries and complaints over the phone.• Responsible for making outbound communication ano engagement campaigns.• Prioritize customer needs and act accordingly• Following up with internal stakeholders to resolve the client's inquiries/ complaints.• Providing an exceptional and personalized customer experience by achieving the department's KPIs.Job Requirements:• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).• Zero - 2 years of Experience in the same field.• Minimum B1 English Level — both spoken and written.• Excellent Communication Skills - clear, professional verbal and written interaction.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications — especiallyOutlook, Word, and Excel.• Customer-Centric Mindset — Empathize with customers and prioritize their needs.
