Job Description

As the Account Management Manager for the Global Business team, you will lead the Commercial Strategy and manage Key Accounts, focusing on the seamless integration of E-commerce/D2C Enablement, Influencer Marketing, and Digital Marketing. You are a critical Digital Commerce consultant responsible for driving the assigned brands' Revenue and business growth. This requires a deep understanding of developing Joint Business Plans with clients, overseeing daily E-commerce operations, and leveraging AnyMind's BPaaS technology (e.g., AnyX and AnyLogi) for long-term success.What You'll DoStrategic Account & Commercial Management: Develop and present integrated strategic plans for key accounts, covering E-commerce/D2C, Influencer Marketing, and Digital Marketing. Lead the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and conduct regular performance reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly).D2C Operations & Strategy: Lead D2C and E-commerce consulting, manage day-to-day E-commerce operations for assigned accounts, and propose AnyMind's E-commerce enablement solutions (AnyX and AnyLogi) to optimize D2C operational efficiency.Campaign & Promotion Oversight: Plan and coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns with external partners and negotiate for high-visibility placements on various platforms.Revenue Generation & Growth: Be accountable for achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets (KPIs) and consistently identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Performance Analysis & Optimization: Consistently monitor, track, and analyze sales data (Sales, Traffic, Conversion, Customer Funnel). Provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for business improvement.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage team members to achieve KPIs and drive business growth.
