It's about reliability, sustainability and being open to new things.Job DescriptionSwatch Group Nordic and our brand Certina are now searching for our new Account Manager working towards the Danish market. As our next Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and advising sales and distribution strategies, ensure efficient collection management at POS, developing business growth, and strengthening client relationships across the Danish market.Working both independently and closely with the other Account Managers and our marketing representative, your efforts will directly impact brand visibility, in-store performance, and revenue across wholesale and retail channels.As a member of The Swatch Group, the world’s biggest watchmaking group, Certina offers many job opportunities and a variety of options for career progression.Market & DistributionImplementing, assessing and coordinating business development and wholesale distribution strategies in line with corporate objectivesStrengthening brand awareness through strategic partnerships and client growthBoosting in-store visibility and sell-through with initiatives including training and merchandising negotiationsCollaborating with marketing to leverage all POS opportunitiesSales & Client RelationsMeeting and exceeding sell-out & sell-in targets across all distribution channelsPromoting new collections and ensure effective product delivery at POSGrowing and maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new prospects and brand opportunitiesOptimizing stock rotation & stock coverage and ensuring successful implementation of the brand guidelines in terms of collectionsPlanning and delivering engaging training sessions to retail staff and external partnersConducting regular store visits and following up with detailed reportsProvide weekly and monthly sales reports to HQProvide weekly the monthly sales estimations to HQConduct Distribution and product performance analysis, using all the latest digital technologies availableProfileProfile3–5 years of successful sales experience in the Watch or Jewellery industry. Either as a Store Manager or within WholesalePositive attitude and mindset. Solutions-driven, with excellent cross-channels communication skillsProactive, autonomous, and results-driven with strong negotiation and communication skillsHighly organized, analytical, and confident working with both data and peopleOpen-mindedness for digital tools, with a sharp sensitivity for quality and premium environmentsComfortable with frequent travel and flexible with working hours, including occasional weekendsThe ideal candidate should possess good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and a working knowledge of SAPProfessional RequirementsApplicable business qualifications.LanguagesFluent in Danish and English.
