AIG is looking for a sales-oriented professional to manage and drive performance through our key third-party distribution channels for the Nordic Digital & Direct Marketing (DDM) team.This is a tactical role with a clear objective: to lead our external vendors, primarily call centers, to achieve ambitious B2C sales targets for AIG’s partners. Your focus will be on the tactical execution of our sales strategy, ensuring our call center partners are equipped and motivated to deliver on our growth and profitability targets.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead vendor performance: Act as the primary point of contact for our external call centers in Finland and Sweden, driving daily and performance through hands-on coaching, training, and KPI monitoring.Drive tactical sales execution: Manage the execution of sales campaigns, ensuring our vendors are perfectly aligned with campaign objectives to meet B2C sales targets.Implement and optimize: Translate sales plans into concrete actions for our vendors and continuously optimize call scripts, processes, and sales techniques to improve conversion and quality.Collaborate with Account Management: Work closely with the strategic Account Manager for AIG business partners, providing performance data and tactical insights to support overall partner growth.Ensure quality and compliance: Collaborate with legal and other internal stakeholder to ensure all marketing materials and sales process are compliant and of the highest quality.What You’ll Need To SucceedA sales-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach are key to thriving in this role. We are looking for a candidate with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, who can be steadfast and provide clear direction to our vendors.We Believe You Are a Match If You HaveB2C sales and call center experience: You have hands-on experience with B2C sales, ideally from a call center or telemarketing environment.Vendor management skills: You have a background in managing the performance of external third parties, vendors, or sales teams to achieve set targets.A sales and coaching DNA: You are motivated by achieving sales targets and have a natural ability to coach and guide sales agents to improve their performance.Strong stakeholder management skills: You excel at building professional relationships with vendors and can navigate a diverse landscape of internal stakeholders.A structured and proactive approach: You have excellent time managements skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and are driven to take initiative and deliver results. Experience with project management is considered a plus.Language proficiency: Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
