Role Overview:PAYALLY is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to support the Relationship Management team in promoting, selling, and implementing PAYALLY’s e-commerce and acquiring solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the key link between merchants, payment facilitators, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration process while driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Build, manage, and develop relationships with e-commerce merchants and payment facilitators.Maintain customer onboarding process in strong collaboration between parties.Develop tailored financial and payment solutions to meet client needs and objectives.Promote and sell PAYALLY’s card acquiring and other services for merchants and payment facilitators.Identify and implement growth opportunities for merchants and payment facilitators.Provide ongoing support for on PAYALLY`s e-commerce solutions.Assist with system integrations and ensure merchants’ seamless connection to company platforms.Candidate Requirements:Proven experience in e-commerce, payments, or acquiring (B2B environment preferred).Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, and integrations.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work across teams.Fluency in English.Fluency in Russian would be an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary.
