Job Description

Our client is a global manufacturer of premium B2B electronics & electrical products, specialised in industrial automation and motion control, manufacturing products such as power supplies, control systems, interfaces, cables, connectors... We are looking for an Account Manager to cover the following responsibilities:Responsibilities:Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales and profitability goals.Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.Work closely with distributors, system integrators, and OEMs to support project development and execution.Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams.Support the Business Development team in new business generation by providing customer insights and technical feedback.Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to discuss performance, forecast, and improvement actions.Collect market and competitor information and share with management to support strategic planning.Manage customer issues and ensure timely resolution through coordination with internal departments.Profile:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or sales within industrial automation, electrical components, or related technical industries.Proven ability to maintain and develop B2B customer relationships.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Good understanding of industrial sales processes and technical products.Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
