Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Market Growth Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share across the Interventional Cardiology portfolio. Achieve sales targets while identifying new business opportunities and supporting product launches within your assigned territory.Build Trusted Partnerships Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision-makers. Ensure customers receive high-quality service, timely support, and expert guidance on innovative cardiology solutions.Collaborate and Lead Locally Act as the regional representative for the business, coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, regulatory, and clinical support) to deliver tailored customer solutions. Provide market insights, track performance, and report regularly to the regional management team.RequirementsExperience & Education Degree in a medical, paramedical, or scientific discipline, with 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales or account management - preferably within interventional cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, or related fields.Commercial & Technical Acumen Strong understanding of hospital sales processes and medical technology markets. Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive sustainable sales growth in a highly technical environment.Languages & Personal Attributes Fluency in French and English is essential; German is a strong advantage.
