Run what runs the world.This Position Reports ToSales ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies.The Work Model For The Role IsRelocation/LTA support will be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the PAMP Service in Southeastern, Mexico.You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForBuild strong relationship with Marine customers and educate them on ABB's products and services advantages through technical presentations and product introductions.Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work growth actions.Understanding the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant global customer’s business and business environment, translating them into the corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB.Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans for the customer.Defining sales targets, giving input on market price developments monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are implemented.Qualifications For The RoleBachelor's Degree in EngineeringMinimum 5 years sales experienceKnowledge and experience quoting and/or selling electrical projects and services for Marine industryStrong industry knowledge and leadership experience, with proven skills in customer engagement, technical proposal development, ERP and sales tools, and effective communication across teams and stakeholders preferredAdvanced English language skills are mandatoryWe Also Offer Our Employees The Following BenefitsPerformance BonusSaving fundPaid parental leaveLife insuranceRetirement planHealth and dental insuranceWellbeing programFlex daysEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)More About UsThe Marine & Ports Division serves the shipping and ports industries through its extensive portfolio of integrated systems and solutions that improve the flexibility, reliability and energy efficiency of vessels and container terminals.
