We are expanding our international customer operations and are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Vilnius.Role OverviewAs a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and growing a portfolio of international clients — with a strong focus on e-commerce businesses. You will act as their primary point of contact, ensuring they receive exceptional service while also identifying opportunities to deepen the commercial relationship.This is a proactive, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems and building long-term partnerships.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management and GrowthServe as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and accurate information on PAYALLY’s products and services.Build strong, long-term relationships with your clients.Understand clients’ business models, needs, and expansion plans to propose suitable solutions.Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across PAYALLY’s services (payments, FX, cards, accounts, etc.)Internal CoordinationHandle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach.Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Payments and Product teams to address client needs and provide fast resolutions.Keep all client information, communication, and opportunities up-to-date in the CRM system.Monitor client activity, escalate risks where needed, and ensure service quality remains high.Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience.RequirementsExperience5+ years of experience in client management, account management, or customer service within financial services, fintech, banking, or payments.Experience with e-commerce merchants or high-volume online businesses is a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).Excellent communication skills in Russian is a strong advantage.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.Able to explain complex information clearly and simply.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Solution-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.Comfortable working with targets and driving revenue growth.Honest, professional, and trustworthy.Self-motivated and able to manage your own client portfolio independently.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.BenefitsSalary from 3000 EUR gross + performance-based bonus.
