该职位来源于猎聘 Job DescriptionStrategic Account Management – Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and driving growth.New Business Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expansion into eCommerce channels and strategic partnerships.Sales Growth – Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets through innovative solutions tailored to clients’ sales plans.Cross-functional Collaboration – Liaise with internal teams ( Marketing, Product , and Sales Operations ) to ensure timely delivery, stock management, and high-quality execution.Market & Data Analysis – Consolidate assortment/sales data, analyze sell-through performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize business outcomes. - eCommerce Expansion – Drive growth in online retail partnerships, marketplace presence, and digital brand activations, leveraging emerging trends in consumer shopping behavior. Why we will love youDiploma or degree holderMinimum 5 years of experience in Merchandising, Sales, or Account Management within retail, FMCG, or consumer products industries(Min 3 years for Senior Account Management Specialist )Preferred experience in business development for eCommerce (B2B and/or B2C), including marketplaces, DTC platforms, or online retail partnershipsGood understanding of New Product Development (NPD) processesExcellent Excel skills and data analysis capabilitiesAble to work under pressure with strong problem-solving, organization, and multi-tasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
