We’ve recently secured an additional $20M in funding to expand our international presence and open new global branches.Air Doctor gives travelers instant access to trusted, high quality medical care anywhere in the world if they fall ill abroad all through a simple and easy-to-use app. With a global network of over 20,000 verified professional doctors across 75 countries, Air Doctor helps travelers receive care by a doctor who speaks their own language, while avoiding expensive and stressful visits to hospitals or medical clinics.Where are we located?Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion, just a short drive from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Israeli clients, nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships.Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their journey.Act as a customer advocate within the organization — collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.Monitor customer performance metrics and satisfaction levels, providing insights, reports, and actionable recommendations.Identify potential risks or challenges and proactively drive resolution to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Organize and lead regular business reviews and touchpoints to ensure alignment and ongoing value delivery.Develop a deep understanding of Air Doctor’s products and services to help clients maximize their value and outcomes.Requirements and Skills:Experience: 2–3 years in a client-facing or customer success role, preferably within the Israeli insurance, healthcare, or Insurtech sectors.Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about helping customers succeed and ensuring a positive experience throughout their lifecycle.Analytical & Organized: Able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into meaningful actions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customer value.Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and empathetic in addressing client challenges.Please send CV to: HR@air-dr.com
