As a fast-growing startup, we’re redefining childcare by making quality, professional care accessible and seamless.About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven Recruiter (Local Nanny Division) to help build, lead and grow our local nanny network — the Aunty Concierge arm. This is not a typical recruitment role, you’ll be shaping a key business vertical from the ground up. You’ll oversee the full recruitment and matching process: sourcing and onboarding nannies, understanding family needs, and ensuring the perfect match between caregiver and client.This role blends recruitment, operations, and client success. Ideal for someone who enjoys people-centric work and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Build and scale the regular nanny and babysitting arm by recruiting, screening, and onboarding quality nannies.Match families and nannies based on needs, schedules, and compatibility to ensure long-term satisfaction.Engage clients through consultative conversations to understand childcare requirements and position suitable solutions.Manage client relationships, follow up on enquiries, and support renewals or extensions.Contribute to process improvements.Helping refine recruitment, onboarding, and systems as we grow.Who You AreBachelor’s degree preferred2-4 years of working experience (HR, recruitment, operations, or service industry a plus)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAble to handle high volume of enquiriesAdaptable and resourceful in a fast-moving environmentSelf-starter with a growth mindset, eager to build, learn, and improve
