As an Account Manager, you’ll support our tradie customers to get the most from the Builderscrack platform, providing personalised service, helping them connect with more clients, and ensuring they succeed with our digital tools.You know you are successful when you are retaining and upgrading a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, and you’re able to use your knowledge of the Builderscrack product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.How you will add value:Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targetsMake a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (typically 60–80 per day)Manage a portfolio of trade accounts, e.g growing, nurturing and retaining customersConduct renewal calls and win back past customersHelp tradies get the most from their Builderscrack profile and subscriptionExplain the benefits and ROI of our platform with confidenceHandle objections, close sales and ascend customers to higher-value plansMaintain accurate product knowledge and CRM recordsAbout you:📞Proven experience in a phone-based role with high call volumes💵Strong background in sales, account management or retention🎯Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets🥇Motivated, organised and eager to help customers succeedTake a look inside our home:Close-knit diverse family of bright, respectful, collaborative members who love to solve problems and jump on new opportunitiesStrengths-based organisation with in-house coaching to help you leverage what makes you specialBrand new 300 sqm office with views of the park and city, located among great cafes, restaurants and pubsSocial connection focus: regular social events and gatheringsBe part of and connect with hipages Group, an Australian Great Place to Work certified companySounds like home?
