Mô tả công việcThis role is expected to ensure the success of incubation of bus operators on the Vexere platform. Incubation is one of the most important stages of the Seller Journey Playbook towards sustainable growth. On Vexere, Sellers are bus operators.Educate sellers on Vexere features throughout the process of grooming and preparing new sellers to be future key accountsImplement campaigns for new/current sellers, analyze and report their performancePreparing joint business plan and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews against targetsManaging price competitiveness, assortment, and stock availabilityWorking with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting seller performance on all platforms (operations, incident, marketing, etc.)Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel.
