Hire Digital is seeking a Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) with strong content expertise in sustainability and ESG storytelling to join our internal team. In this role, you will manage a leading Singapore telecommunications client as your primary account, driving sustainability content strategy, overseeing content production, and ensuring consistent, high-quality storytelling across digital and internal communications channels.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIESClient LeadershipAct as the primary digital partner for clients, advising on content, creative formats, and platform best practicesTranslate digital marketing objectives into actionable briefs and delivery plansDrive client alignment across performance priorities, messaging, and audience needsDigital Content & Creative OversightManage production of digital assets across social, paid media, short-form video, website content, email/CRM, landing pages, and display adsEnsure all creatives meet channel specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, search/display, etc.)Oversee digital content calendars, asset pipelines, and real-time creative optimisationDigital Project & Workflow ManagementOwn timelines, sprint cycles, approvals, and delivery sequencing for multiple workstreamsCoordinate cross-functional digital teams including designers, motion editors, copywriters, performance marketers, and web specialistsQA all digital assets for accuracy, brand compliance, and platform-readinessReporting & InsightsTrack creative delivery efficiency, digital performance indicators, and content impact by channelPrepare clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvementRequirementsPrvious experience in digital account management, content operations, or creative productionDeep understanding of digital channels, platform specs, and creative best practicesProven success managing multi-market digital content and creative workflowsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skillsAgency, performance marketing, or fast-paced digital environment experience preferred
