We’re looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our partner brands.You’ll oversee day-to-day client communication, ensure campaigns and deliverables are met, and help guide overall marketing strategy. This role blends client management, project coordination, and digital marketing expertise to drive meaningful results for our clients.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirementsWork Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll Do1) Client Relationship & CommunicationBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive and transparent communication.Lead or co-lead recurring client calls, present performance updates, and outline next steps.Maintain clear action logs and ensure consistent follow-through.Prepare for meetings by reviewing KPIs, performance trends, and aligning with Media Buyers.2) Account & Campaign ManagementManage an initial book of ~15 accounts, adjusting based on proficiency and workload.Oversee campaign execution across multiple channels (paid search, social, display, SEO).Intake and relay client requests (new promos, funnel updates, budget adjustments) to internal teams.Monitor high-level performance and identify risks (e.g., dips vs. ROAS targets); coordinate with specialists for next steps.Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep all projects running smoothly.3) Internal Collaboration & ReportingLead cross-functional teams including Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and Leadership.Coordinate workflows, assets, and internal communications to ensure seamless execution.Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.Compile weekly or monthly performance summaries across Google Ads and Meta Ads.Must-HavesFluency in English and confidence in client-facing communication.2+ years of account management experience, ideally in an agency setting.2+ years managing e-commerce clients.Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).Familiarity with key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM, etc.).Excellent spoken and written English for frequent client calls.Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with sharp attention to detail.Collaborative mindset; comfortable leading Media Buyers, Creatives, and Specialists.Experience with analytics and ad platform dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics).Personal Facebook account at least 2 years old and in good standing.Nice-to-HavesExperience in automotive or dealership marketing.Additional skills with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce tools.Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Todoist).Exposure to B2B accounts.Opportunities to Grow IntoLeading strategic narratives on client calls using insights from specialists.Improving internal playbooks for call prep, risk flagging, and follow-through.Mentoring junior team members on communication, note-taking, and meeting preparation.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
