Backed by Toba Capital, Craft Ventures, Alumni Ventures, Firestreak Ventures, and Antler, we empower CISOs to proactively manage human risk—the leading cause of cybersecurity breaches—and build safer, more resilient organizations.Role Overview: As an Account Manager at Dune Security, you will be responsible for the full revenue lifecycle—owning both new business acquisition and the growth of existing enterprise accounts. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, this role combines strategic sales leadership with relationship management across some of the world’s most respected and complex organizations. You’ll lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ensure successful product adoption, and expand our footprint through upselling and renewals. You’ll partner with a dedicated Solutions Engineer and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Customer Success. This U.S.-based role offers a competitive base salary with a generous incentive compensation plan, reflecting your impact on both new and existing revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle for new enterprise accounts—from initial outreach through closeDrive account expansion by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic accountsSecure on-time, high-value renewals and increase contract value over timeLead product evaluations and proof of concepts in partnership with Solutions EngineersBuild strong, trust-based relationships with CISOs, compliance leaders, procurement teams, and executive sponsorsDevelop and execute strategic growth plans that support long-term customer success and platform adoptionNavigate complex procurement, compliance, and legal processes across enterprise clientsEngage pipeline through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and channel partnershipsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Customer Success to align on strategic account prioritiesDeliver accurate forecasting, pipeline insights, and account strategy updates to company leadership3. QualificationsRequired5+ years of enterprise sales, account management, or hybrid role experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurityDemonstrated success in both closing new business and growing existing accountsExperience managing long, complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 or global clientsStrong communication and executive selling skills with both technical and business audiencesSkilled at leading product evaluations alongside Solutions EngineersU.S.-based, with ability and willingness to travel regularlyBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePreferredBackground in cybersecurity, particularly GRC, user risk, compliance, or security awarenessExperience with indirect sales models, resellers, or channel partnersFamiliarity with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)History of success in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy)What You’ll BringYou’re a full-spectrum sales professional who thrives on driving both initial wins and long-term value.
