Our mission is to build great products and greater relationships with a vision to lead the way with integrity and intelligence.SUMMARYThe Account Manager, E-Commerce is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth with key online retail accounts for our portfolio of premium grill and outdoor cooking brands. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, support development of account-specific strategies to strengthen brand presence, increase market share, and deliver profitable sales. This role will drive execution of annual strategic plans across major online platforms including Amazon, HomeDepot.com, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Walmart.com, and other strategic e-commerce partners.The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of online retail dynamics, digital merchandising, and account relationship management within a branded consumer goods or durable goods environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain strong business relationships with national e-commerce retail partners.Support development and drive execution of annual business plans for accounts, including sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and margin objectives.Oversee new item setup processes, pricing updates, and catalog maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance with retailer standards.Analyze weekly reporting summarizing account performance, pricing trends, and competitive benchmarking and action plan for improvementAssist in developing process improvements, automation tools and reporting enhancements to increase team efficiency.Implement ecomm best practices product information and content across ecommerce platforms to maximize traffic and conversionPartner with the digital marketing team to optimize online brand presence, content accuracy, and digital shelf visibility.Track and analyze online performance metrics, promotional effectiveness, marketplace performance, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions and forecast demandCollaborate with supply chain and operations to manage inventory and ensure on-time order fulfillment.Partner with finance to monitor account profitability and ensure alignment with company revenue goals.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.5–7 years of experience in account management in e-commerce sales within a consumer products or durable goods category.Demonstrated success managing national e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, HomeDepot.com).Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.Knowledge of product content management systems (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo) and ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, etc).Proficiency with Excel and experience using data dashboards or analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Helium 10, Power BI).Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with both U.S. and international partners preferred.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESStrategic and data-driven thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate a high level of sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization skills.Highly proficient in Excel and Google sheets functions.Integrity, credibility, and dedication to the businessExceptional communication skills – verbal and written.Comfort with fast-paced and changing work environment.BENEFITSCompetitive salaryHybrid office schedule Generous Paid Time Off + company paid holidays Health Savings Account with a company paid HSA contribution when enrolled in the traditional high deductible BCBS medical plan with HSADental and vision plansLegal and supplemental insurance available 401(k) MatchPaid parental and major medical leaveCompany paid basic life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discounts and rewardsABOUT THE COMPANY Learn more about our story and our products at www.chargriller.com, www.masterbuilt.com, and www.kamadojoe.com.
