As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our Cybersecurity, ICT, IoT, and AI solutions. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our Cybersecurity, ICT, IoT, and AI solutions, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.- Client Satisfaction: Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Business Units to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are aligned with client goals.- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and pursuing them to closure.- Solution Selling: Develop and deliver customized solutions that meet specific client needs, leveraging our expertise in Cybersecurity, ICT, IoT, and AI.Requirements and Qualifications:- Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Skills:  - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.  - Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.  - Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and negotiation skills.  - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
