Job Description
The Account Manager - Consulting Sales will be responsible for the management of sales and relationships, and ensure that the annual sales target in the assigned portfolio is achieved. Works to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, responds to their queries promptly, and aspires to deliver a positive customer experience. ResponsibilitiesGenerates sales revenues for the assigned portfolio of accounts in line with agreed annual sales targets.Contribute to setting up annual sales targets based on past trends, current and forecasted business opportunities in consultation with the commercial Director, and work to achieve the same.Plays an integral role in new business pitches and holds responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.Focuses on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business for existing and new products being launched from time to time.Acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.Understand customer needs in terms of prices and technical requirements. Engages with the internal Technical team as required.Negotiates with customers on prices and contractual terms, ensuring internal compliance.Maintains awareness of sales and other business developments among competitors and passes on relevant information to the immediate superior.Manages Specifications, Pre-Qualification, and quotation activities within scope, ensuring timely and accurate submittals, in coordination with the Line Manager.Coordinates with the Supply Chain team for effective and timely execution of order deliveries. Update customers about order status.Leads the collections as per the contractual terms.Ensures the CRM (Salesforce) is updated on a timely basis and with accurate data.QualificationsEngineering Graduate with Mechanical/ElectricalMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar industryExcellent presentation skills, able to engage with customers technically and commercially.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Excellent negotiation and influencing skillsWilling to travel extensively within KSAValid KSA driving license
