Job Responsibilities :Managing and creating sales in collaboration with team members for a defined set of local government accounts to grow sales revenue, while building strong CXO-level customer relationships and enhancing customer retention.Understanding and identifying customer IT&T needs through thorough account planning and profiling to win bids and establish innovative deals.Demonstrating expert knowledge of technology trends and differentiating the unique value M1’s offerings provide within this domain.Analyzing global market trends, competitor movements, and industry information to strategize effectively with the team and better serve our customers.Achieving high customer satisfaction with decision-makers.Meeting financial KPIs.Developing and executing strategic plans with the team to excel in sales.Being an independent self-starter with a strong drive for results.Job Requirements :Degree with 5 years of sales experience in the telco and/or ICT business, with a proven sales record in solution selling.ICT/telco knowledge is preferred.Self-driven, aggressive, and energetic.Resourceful and creative.Strong leadership skills.Experienced people manager.Self-motivated with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Capable of projecting a strong, positive image of oneself and the company.Proficient in building solid customer relationships at all levels.Skilled in strategic planning.
