Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Makassar. The Account Manager will maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop customer accounts to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, addressing client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall company growth. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.Experience in account management, client retention strategies, and sales performance optimization.Ability to conduct market analysis and develop solutions to meet client needs effectively.Time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in the technology or IT services industry is advantageous.A proactive attitude, team-oriented approach, and customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role.
