Job Description:Find new business opportunities with new and existing customers.Provide accurate price quotes and ensure they meet client needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.Develop new business and manage customer accounts to meet growth targets.Handle large revenue opportunities and manage 5-10 key accounts.Maintain professional relationships with key contacts in customer organizations.Coordinate internal teams to meet customer needs and performance goals.Meet sales targets and objectives.Continuously assess customer needs and provide ongoing support.Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.Prepare and present sales reports to management.Job Requirements:Minimum Diploma (D3) and at least 2 years of relevant experience.Experience in Banking, FSI, Telco, Government, or State-Owned Enterprises is Preferred.Experience selling software with subscription models.Knowledge of IT solutions (Operating Systems, Virtualization, DevSecOps, Middleware, APIs, Databases, Automation, etc.).English communication skills (both written and spoken).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Skills in account management, sales, negotiation, and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and financial basics (P&L, COGS, budgets).Familiarity with project management, proposals, and RFPs.Send your resume to: hrd.id@itgroupinc.asiaSubject: Account Manager
