Account Manager Package: Basic £80,000-110,000 + Double OTE + benefitsIndustry: FinTech SaaS – EntepriseWhy: Scaling FinTech and the chance to manage strategic Financial Services key accounts Do you have Account Management experience working within a Mid-Market - Enterprise SaaS vendor?Do you have experience with Financial Services clients or selling FinTech solutions?Are you a strong account manager wanting to join a scaling business with huge investment?Our client are a leading Global FinTech SaaS vendor with a reputation for industry leading solutions. You will be joining as they continue to scale their EMEA operation following significant recent investment. You will be joining a business of over 1000 people, where people have excellent longevity and an excellent working culture.Their FinTech solutions are mainly aimed at companies Finance Technology and is sold at a Mid Market to Enterprise level with high AOV’s and longer sales cycles. Their customers rely on them to help protect and scale their financial organisations by streamlining process through technology.They are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to nurture and grow their existing clients across EMEA. This is a newly created role and is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, understands complex client needs. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction, contract renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and helping them get the most value from their products and services. About the roleManage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts to drive retention, satisfaction and growthBuild new senior relationships across the organisations to identify cross-sell & services opportunitiesWork closely and collaboratively with the CSM team to enhance client satisfactionSetup, coordinate and deliver impactful QBRs alongside the CSM and wider teamCreate account plans for each of clients, mapping all key stakeholders and challengesTrack performance and prepare reports on key metrics and insightsMarketing and Product teams to refine messaging and drive vertical successAttend client meetings, tradeshows, and key conferences to network, build new contacts and drive satisfaction & growthCollaborate with industry associations across the region to expand network and market presenceProvides client feedback and insights to Product to shape their solutionsMaintains accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in SalesforceConsistently achieve and exceed renewal, upsell and services targets and KPIsStay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitive offerings What we are looking forMin 5+ years of SaaS Account Management experience Proven success in complex, consultative sales environmentsStrong track record in achieving and exceeding revenue & KPI targetsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executivesEntrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, and driven to build a market from the ground You love learning, including the latest industry trends, diving deep into how their products work, you’re always looking to grow your knowledge and skillsFamiliarity with MEDPICC sales methodology a plusExperience selling into Asset Finance, Financial Services, Accounting or the Corporate Finance Office is advantageousDegree-level education or equivalent
