Job Description Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts (Sony Group), customer stakeholders. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meetsales quotas Accurate forecast management and track well key account metrics Manage stable supply and inventory control with having semiconductor manufacturing lead-time minds Resolve any quality assurance and quality control issues with semiconductor manufacturing knowledge Prepare reports on account status Clearly communicate the progress of bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with sales/marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the regions Resolve with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Communicate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsRequirement 3+ years of working experience in Semiconductor industry. Fluent in English and Japanese with good communication skills Experienced in a multicultural work environment. Requires frequent business travels (40%) and customer visits.
