You’ll partner with internal delivery teams, oversee account performance, and identify opportunities for expansion and renewal.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.Conduct regular account reviews and identify new business opportunities.Build strategic account plans aligned to client goals.Manage contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.Report on account health, opportunities, and customer satisfaction.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.Proven success in IT or software account management.Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions.Excellent stakeholder communication and commercial management skills.Experience handling complex contracts, renewals, and SOWs.Strong CRM and pipeline management experience.Based within a European time zone and able to work remotely.What’s on OfferFully remote role across Europe with flexible working hours.Work with a global Microsoft consulting firm operating across multiple countries.4 weeks annual leave + 11 national holidays.Mentorship and Microsoft certification reimbursement.Comprehensive health coverage and flexible allowance.Collaborative, international team culture.Competitive compensation based on experience and location.
