In the coming period, we will be focusing on further development of our brands and on the significant step forward on the international market.Monri is looking for an Account Manager to drive sales process of company products, mainly within Croatia.Location: Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 269DWhy is the job exiting? As an Account Manager you will:Lead the full sales cycle for HoReCa solutions across assigned territories and key accounts.Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and cost-benefit analyses to support customer decision-making.Plan and execute up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to expand product adoption and revenue growth.Develop and implement effective account-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable business growth.Coordinate all sales activities and internal resources to maximize deal profitability and efficiency.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and strategic objectives.Engage proactively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including CFOs, Sales Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Card Issuing & Acquiring teams.Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Organize and host customer events to strengthen relationships and generate new business leads.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system to support effective forecasting and territory management.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.We are looking for someone who has:5+ years of experience in B2B HoReCa sales (products/services sales, account management)Strong experience of developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline and achieving sales quotasProven track of sales in HoReCa – desirableKnowledge of a territory (market segmentation, decision makers, customer needs, competition in the accounts)Experience of SaaS solution salesFluency in EnglishDriver’s licenseWhat else do we value?Strong drive to achieve the best results against internal or external standards of excellenceExcellent planning and organizing abilitiesExcellent presentation, negotiation and time management skillStrong communication skillsAbility and willingness to work as a part of team and to build strong working relationshipsStrong orientation towards customers, focus on identifying and exceeding their needsWillingness to travelBachelor/ Master's in a technical or business disciplineWhat do we offer?Professional development and advancementContinuous educationA work culture that encourages trying out new solutionsStimulating and pleasant working environmentFlexible working hoursHybrid form of work (3 days from office, 2 days remote)Annual medical examinationCompany carMeal allowanceChristmas allowance, gift for a childMultisport and PassSport card (50:50 model)Modern office space (free office refreshments & dog friendly office)If you’re ready to lead impactful IT/ Fintech projects and grow your career with a top-tier team, we’d love to hear from you!All applications will be considered under the terms and conditions of confidentiality in accordance with the regulations of personal data protection.
