You will manage client relationships, craft compelling narratives, leverage your media and influencer network, and oversee activations that shape industry conversation.This is a pivotal role where you’ll not only manage campaigns but also mentor an Account Coordinator, contribute to new business wins, and collaborate with international teams on multi-market projects.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership: Serve as day-to-day client contact, ensuring world-class service, proactive strategy, and measurable outcomes.Campaign Ownership: Drive PR, influencer, and activation campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring delivery of trend-aligned, impactful work.Team Mentorship: Guide and delegate to an Account Coordinator, fostering growth and accountability.Media & Influencer Relations: Cultivate and expand media/influencer networks, delivering coverage and partnerships that matter.Commercial Growth: Support senior leadership in reporting, pitching, and identifying new business opportunities.Cross-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with NEON MGMT, NEON On Tour, and NEON Sport across global markets.What We're Looking ForExperience: 2–4 years in PR, communications, or marketing (agency experience in fashion/beauty highly regarded).Network: Established media and influencer contacts, with proven success in pitching and securing coverage.Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to craft press releases and client comms that cut through.Organiser: Confident juggling multiple campaigns, deadlines, and competing priorities.Mindset: Growth-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused.Tech Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Canva (bonus: CreatorIQ, HubSpot or similar tools).Why Join NEON?Global Exposure: Work with leading brands across AU, UK, and US markets.Career Growth: Clear pathways into Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Executive roles; structured mentoring and professional development.Rewards & Recognition: Competitive salary, bonuses, commission opportunities, and rewards for high performance.Industry Leadership: Join a globally recognised agency shaping fashion and beauty PR at scale.Culture & Perks: Dynamic and creative team culture, regular social activities, hybrid working options, and opportunities for interstate/overseas travel.
