Join us, and help redefine how the world's most innovative lenders do business.Summary:Ocrolus is seeking an experienced Account/Growth Manager to work in person directly with our newly implemented Mortgage clients. This role will require ~25% domestic travel. The candidate will be in charge of managing relationships and helping to facilitate process change management within the Mortgage client to maximize the Ocrolus platform. Tasks may involve: process development, forecasting, strategic planning, sales support, product training, client service, project management, and marketing.What you'll do:Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings in order to build strong relationships focused on helping facilitate the change management process within Mortgage clientsIdentify opportunities to adjust client processes to maximize Ocrolus footprintOperate as the central point of contact for assigned customer baseCoordinate with teammates working on the same account to provide consistent excellent serviceEnsure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashionCommunicate client needs, demands and goals to our internal teamsCollaborate with sales team to reach prospective clientsService multiple clients concurrently while consistently meeting deadlinesKeep records of client transactionsForecast and track client account metricsBe a vital part in helping not only the team, but the company growWho we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field4+ years of SMB or Mortgage Lending experience and processes related to Mortgage based companies Proven track record of success with upselling, cross-selling and renewalsClient focused solutions experienceAbility to communicate client needs with internal teamsTalent for influencing process change managementAbility to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously with negotiation, listening, communication skills, presentation and time management skillsGrowth mindsetBonus points:Strong understanding of API based workB2B FinTech experienceWorked for a hypergrowth-startup companyPrevious utilization of SalesforceExperience with failure and ability to course correctNote:The full-time salary range for this role is between $120,000- $150,000 + commission + equity + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.Disclosure as required by N.Y.C. Admin.
