Account Manager (Remote - SaaS / IT Solutions)We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing team and help manage key client relationships across the US and international markets.In this role, you’ll partner our operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience, from quoting and order management to long-term relationship building. You’ll act as a trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proactive communication at every stage of the process.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.Oversee customer account management including quotes, renewals, and contract negotiations.Provide accurate and timely quoting, order placement, and follow-up.Identify and escalate potential risks while contributing to continuous process improvement.Who You Are3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales, ideally in the IT, SaaS, or Tech sector.Excellent English Communication SkillsProactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and client-centric mindset.Opportunities for growth in a company based in the U.S that’s scaling globally.We’ll discuss compensation details during our meeting.
